When I got on the plane to join the KB team I was very nervous. I had no clue what I would be facing. It seemed too good to be true… but after a few months I found out it probably was the best risk I ever took. This company keeps it word and takes good care of its employees. If you are willing to lean, they are willing to train. Yes, we work a ton of hours, but the paychecks make up for it. If you are part of the KB family, you’ll make tons of new friends. If you love traveling and getting paid while you do it, KB is the place for you!
Great place to learn and move up the ladder after putting in some time learning the KB way and many late nights. Excellent pay and many memorable moments to be made. You work along people from all over the world and see many things you wouldn’t see at any regular old job.
My experience working at KB has been outstanding. It is awesome to see how much progress we make doing some custom harvest work across such a large area for farms as well as working alongside a great group of guys. Working for KB Custom AG also provides so many opportunities to learn new things and improve existing knowledge in the agricultural and farming industry.
I came on hard hard times like everyone else, when KB Custom AG called me for for a job, I jumped at the chance to a new learning experience and adventure. I was not let down; this family owned company treats me better than family. They will take care of you like one of their own- I have no complaints about anything but my goal is to do everything I can do be a great asset for KB Custom! I grew up in construction and this is my new career- if you like good pay/hard work and want to be an asset then this is the company for you!
